Alright everyone, ready for some plant circulation 1 0 1? so, happy sap, or honey dew, is a sticky, sweet liquid that orchids produce often time on the backs of the leaves or spikes. This behavior created a lot of buzz in the orchid community, funny thing is no one explained it right so far lol 🙂 from meaning that the orchid is super healthy and happy, to droplets attracting ants that will protect the orchid, it’s just a whole bunch of confusion to me. Happy sap is nothing other than elaborated sap, practically orchid food, oozing out the pores of the orchid. Is it good or not? let’s see 😉
